Jun 28, 2021 · I have a 79 F350 (1 ton) with electric dump. It will dump about 1-1.5 tons at most. Any more you have to shovel some off first. Has wood sides and stake bed and I honestly don't see much difference than solid sides. All the weight is on the floor. It's not scissor type so can't relate there.
